E-Leven in Leuven

has anyone an idea who took over E-Leven in the area of Leuven?
I'd really would like to know who I should contact to check the status of my internet connection (which seems to work but I have no idea anymore of my quota, speed and so on...).
e-leven.be/ and 11adsl.be do not really help much, and the store in town where I signed my contract (in 2008) does not exist anymore.
If anyone could help or explain the situation I'd appreciate.
