This feedback has led to a decision to further develop our VoIP services. Such developments are in progress, with a view to replacing the current Parlino service.
What does this mean for you?
You will still be able to use Parlino until May 31. Your current credit for Parlino to landline & mobile calls will be valid until your credit has been used or until May 31 - whichever is sooner, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. On May 31 please visit www.parlino.com for more information about the Parlino service in your country.
If you still have credit in your account on May 31, we are happy to refund you in which case, please let us know your IBAN/SWIFT/BIC number, within 4 weeks, so we can refund you by bank transfer. Please send an email to: [email protected] with your Parlino username and bank details.
If you are keen to continue making calls to landlines & mobiles using VoIP once your credit has expired, please visit: www.parlino.com where we hope to offer you shortly an alternative service.
