Hop un petit test de mon nouveau operateur telephonique:



prépayé, pour chaque recharge de 15€ tu as 1000sms et 1go valable 1 mois, les appels sont facturé a 0,24ct la minute

Utilise le réseau EDGE de base (qui est pas encore en 3G). Début 2010 ils commencent à installer la 3G

Pour l'instant je suis 100% satisfait.
Le test à été fait via mon telephone en blutooth sur mon pc portable.

Base deploye doucement la 3G.

C'est loin d'etre la couverture de proximus mais c'est debut:

If you want to test the connection speed, you will notice it will not exceed 500 Kbps. This is not a limitation of the technology. During the first phase, all connections are restricted to 500Kbps to gradually increase the load on the network. We don’t know yet when this capping will be removed.

As most of you will know, 3G coverage is not available everywhere. We are using the 3G network of KPN Belgium (Base), which is under continuous expansion. Where there is no 3G coverage yet, you can fall back on the reliable EDGE network. For more information regarding network coverage and expansion we refer to the communication of Base.

We hope this information will help us make a nice transition to 3G. We are convinced that the 3G network of Base will soon be up to par. The 2G network is already better than the network of Mobistar and Proximus, as reported by this independent report on network quality.
