application windows store

bonjour

mon petit fils ne sait plus accéder à windows store, ni installer aucune application.
il a essayé de créer un nouveau compte et de changer de mot de passe sans succès.
Il obtient comme réponse:

I get an error that the programs could not be updated, specifically I get the error code 0x8024001E.

Some of the programs I would like to install Windows installs, but some of them (like Maps and Games) it fails to update.

Enable Windows + X and turn on the command line (Admin)

Now type in turn:

net stop wuauserv
rename c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution softwaredistribution.old
net start wuauserv

!!Now it should work!!

le problème est que nous ne trouvons pas softwaredistribution sur C??

il est en windows 8.1

apparemment un virus a attaqué le pc et changé le proxy.
dans parametres de google
tout est rentré dans l'ordre
